Abstract
以辣椒炭疽病菌为指示菌,通过单因素试验优化内生枯草芽孢杆菌P5的发酵条件,并应用响应面法的Box-Behnken试验优化其发酵培养基组成成分.优化试验结果:拮抗内生菌P5的最佳生长代谢条件为初始pH7.0、温度28℃、装液量110 mL/250 mL、接种量3%、培养时间48 h、转速180 r/min;最适发酵培养基组分为葡萄糖20 g/L、酵母膏9 g/L、CaC124g/L.优化后拮抗菌株P5发酵滤液对辣椒炭疽病菌抑制率由22.65%提高至38.55%.
