干制牡蛎营养成分提取液中重金属去除工艺的建立

Abstract
以干制牡蛎为原材料,采用离子交换树脂-亚胺基二乙酸型螯合树脂D-402作为主体,以离子交换法对牡蛎中重金属元素进行去除,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)和氨基酸自动分析仪测定去除前后重金属及氨基酸含量的变化.结果表明,干制牡蛎中除砷外,其他3种元素均未超标,其中Cd的去除率最高,可达86.49%,而氨基酸含量均有所降低,但牛磺酸含量提高了15.79%,为35244.50 ng/mL.
