含氟聚氨酯动态力学性能研究

Abstract
以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,以蓖麻油、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯为原料制备聚氨酯预聚体,以甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯为聚合单体与聚氨酯预聚体共聚,制得了含氟聚氨酯,并对其进行了含氟动态力学性能测试.结果表明:PF3MA质量分数为10.18%时起始分解温度较蓖麻油聚氨酯提高了近20℃而分解过程更加复杂,而增加PF3MA用量时储能模量在-20~60℃内明显增加,Tg由20.62℃提高到31.18℃,相应的阻尼峰值降低而阻尼温域变宽.
