Abstract
本文以对硝基苯甲酸和无水乙醇为原料,以锡粒为还原剂,以浓硫酸为催化剂,通过先还原后酯化法合成苯佐卡因,考察了还原剂用量、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比用量3个因素对反应产率的影响,最终还原反应的产率为85％,酯化反应的产率为83％,并通过测定熔点、红外光谱、核磁氢谱、碳谱对产物结构及纯度进行了确证.
