Abstract

采用气相色谱-质谱法测定皮革及皮革制品中的苯酚含量.通过优化色谱条件、提取方式、提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间等条件,建立了皮革中苯酚含量的检测方法.苯酚标准曲线线性范围为1.0 ～100.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.04 mg/kg,平均回收率为85％～107.2％,相对标准偏差(RSDs,n=6)为3.01％～7.89％.
