碱刻蚀对静电纺PET/棕榈基多孔碳杂化纤维膜过滤性能的影响

Abstract
以PET和自制棕榈基多孔碳(PACF)为原料,通过静电纺丝法制得PET/PACF杂化纤维膜,为提高其比表面积,采用稀碱液对其进行刻蚀使PACF部分裸露于PET纤维表面.通过SEM对所得纤维膜进行表征,并用透气性测试仪和TSI8130自动滤料测试仪对其透气性和过滤性能进行测试,分析PACF含量及碱刻蚀对纤维膜的影响,结果表明:碱液刻蚀可使PACF粒子部分裸露于PET纤维表面,但随着PACF含量增加,局部可见团聚现象;随着PACF含量增加,气体透过性减弱,过滤效率逐渐提高,刻蚀后纤维膜对NaCl气溶胶的过滤效率明显优于未刻蚀纤维膜,当PACF含量为2.0%时,其过滤效率达99.95%,远高于市售过滤用熔喷无纺布.
