水蒸气蒸馏法从肉桂皮中提取肉桂油的研究

Abstract
实验以肉桂皮为原料,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂油.采用正交实验法对此工艺进行优化,以肉桂油提取率为指标,对肉桂皮粉碎程度、料层厚度、蒸汽压力和蒸馏时间进行考察.结果表明:最佳工艺参数为肉桂皮粉碎程度60~80目,料层厚度1.5 cm,蒸汽压力0.25 MPa,蒸馏时间90 min,在此蒸馏条件下肉桂皮出油率可达到2.01%.
