Abstract
黄水作为浓香型白酒发酵的副产物,采用毛细管柱气相色谱定量分析法测定黄浆水中的乙酸含量,在该方法条件下,乙酸的标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法的精密度为3.73％,加标回收试验,乙酸平均回收率92.4％.该方法线性、检测的精密度、加标回收率等各项指标均达到分析要求.
