异种金属搅拌摩擦对接焊研究进展

Abstract
搅拌摩擦焊在异种金属连接上有着重要运用,从焊接工艺参数、接头力学性能、界面金属间化合物层及材料流动等方面概述了近年来国内外异种铝合金、铝合金-钢、铝合金-镁合金、铝合金-铜合金、铝合金-钛合金搅拌摩擦对接焊,并论述了异种金属搅拌摩擦对接焊数值模拟技术的研究进展.指出了目前对异种金属搅拌摩擦对接焊数值模拟技术的研究存在如数值模拟方法、材料本构模型、热源模型和边界摩擦模型等方面的不足;提出今后要完善搅拌摩擦对接焊模型,为工程实际运用提供快捷可靠的技术支持.
