Abstract
本实验采用液质联用法分析测定料酒中甜蜜素的含量.具体步骤为:称取一定量的料酒置于50mL烧杯中,于60℃水浴上加热30min,残渣全部转移至100mL容量瓶中,用水定容并摇匀,经0.22 μm滤膜过滤后用液质联用法测定其含量.本方法加标回收率在94.5%-97.5%,线性系数0.998,检出限可达0.03mg/kg,精密度0.84%,处理方法简便,完全能够满足分析要求,可广泛应用于料酒中甜蜜素的测定.
