对采用GB/T 5009.13-2003《食品中铜的测定》方法测定饮料中铜含量的不确定度进行了评定.通过建立数学模型,分析不确定度的主要来源,对测量结果的不确定度进行分析与评定,计算了测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.
