Abstract
选取石蜡作为后处理试验材料,分析了紫外光快速成型竹塑制件渗蜡处理机理,研究了后处理工艺流程.试验结果显示:制件通过后处理吸水率由原来的0.7%降至0.2%,吸水率下降0.5%;表面粗糙度由原来的12 μ m降低至0.524 μ m;翘曲度由原来的0.5%降低至0.4%;后处理工艺有效改善了制件表面精度和尺寸精度.
