Abstract
文章对产自西藏双湖的卤虫卵进行了孵化条件的研究,得出最佳孵化温度为26℃～ 28℃,最佳孵化盐度为1％ ～2％;孵化率对光的要求不敏感;脱壳孵化时脱壳程度以75％ ～85％间为佳;卤虫卵脱壳后应马上孵化,若需保存请在冷藏(0℃～4℃)条件下保存,尽量在36 h内用完,否则孵化率明显降低.
