Abstract
采用气体检测仪测试鞋用材料的氨气释放量,探究不同鞋用材料氨气释放量与温度、密封时间和存放时间之间的关系.结果表明:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、橡胶材料氨气含量较聚氨酯(PU)材料明显更高.温度越高,鞋用材料氨气释放速度越快;鞋用材料氨气释放速度随存放时间的延长而逐步降低,直至基本释放完毕.企业可通过配方调整,如采用低氨或无味发泡剂,从根源上解决鞋用材料氨气含量高的问题.
