文章利用银耳预泡废弃液为原料,以Box-Benhnken试验设计对其喷雾干燥工艺进行优化,明确了银耳预泡液喷雾干燥工艺参数为助干剂β-环糊精的添加量35.5％、总固形物含量2.8％、进料温度152℃,进料比例82％、雾化压力90 MPa,在此工艺条件下银耳预泡液喷雾干燥精粉得率为50.33％.该项研究为银耳预泡液的高值化利用提供了技术基础.
