Abstract
采用国标索氏抽提法和加速溶剂萃取(ASE)法对水洗羽绒羽毛中的残脂率进行测定.结果显示,两种方法精密度、准确度一致;加速溶剂萃取(ASE)法具有前处理简单,有机溶剂用量少、快速,对实验室污染少等特点,是值得推广应用的水洗羽绒(羽毛)残脂率快速检测方法.
