Abstract
本文对费氏丙酸杆菌费氏亚种转化亚油酸生成CLA发酵条件进行了研究,通过单因素试验及Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,确定了最佳发酵条件:培养基中葡萄糖浓度2.11%,尿素浓度0.95%,初始pH值6.52.在此条件下,CLA的产量为3.18μg/mL,是优化前的8.4倍,CLA产量有了较大的提高.
