蔗糖酶产生菌的分离鉴定及酶学性质的研究

Abstract
以蔗糖为唯一碳源筛选培养基,从高糖土壤筛选出1株分离出一株产蔗糖酶活力较高的细菌菌株,编号为L23.根据生理生化特性和16S rDNA序列,将该菌株鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis.对该菌所产蔗糖酶的性质研究结果表明:酶的最适pH为3.6,最适反应温度为40℃,在30~40℃范围内稳定.
