地铁穿越工程管幕支护参数优化与工程实践

Abstract
以北京某穿越既有盾构隧道工程为背景,采用FLAC3D对管幕支护进行模拟,重点对钢管直径、钢管环向间距和环向布置角度进行优化,以穿越工程隧道结构的沉降控制值为标准,得出各参数的合理取值范围.并对上述3种参数进行了显著性分析,发现3种参数中钢管直径的影响最不显著.基于该结论,仅对钢管环向间距和环向布置角度进行综合优化,给出满足穿越工程隧道结构沉降控制值时二者之间的关系表达式.
