Abstract

试验研究了一种超低强度水下自密实混凝土,室内、现场试验结果表明,混凝土28d 平均抗压强度为1MPa,实现空气中、水下8m自流平,且经高压泵送与水冲刷后,测得强度为0.9MPa、pH值为9.7、悬浊物含量为134mg/L.首次通过现场木模水下灌注、空气(水)槽流动性、渗透性等试验对水下不可视施工进行了完备性验证,并成功应用于港珠澳大桥预制沉管E31-E32基础后注浆施工.
