Abstract
建设美丽乡村是改善农村人居环境、推进城乡统筹发展的必要举措,是建设美丽中国的具体行动.为了更加有效地推动新农村建设,上海市以村庄改造为载体,按照全国改善人居环境的工作要求,在总结以往工作经验的基础上,将生态、产业和文化建设作为主线,对美丽乡村提出了全覆盖推进、规划引导、资源整合、建管并举等对策措施.系统回顾上海市美丽乡村建设历程,阐述了建设工作战略,对中国的新农村发展具有一定的代表性借鉴意义.
