交联型超疏水耐高温氟碳涂料制备与性能研究

Abstract
本文详细报道了以甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯为氟改性剂,以二乙烯基苯为交联剂的氟丙树脂溶液聚合工艺,研究了不同工艺下的氟碳树脂性能,通过红外光谱确定树脂为交联型氟改性丙烯酸树脂,该树脂具有常温挥发干燥特性,具有优异耐酸、碱、盐、水等综合性能,SEM电镜表明成膜性好,热重分析表明涂层耐高温,可以在400℃下长期使用.
