Abstract
试验研究了以垃圾焚烧飞灰、盐渍土、废玻璃、污泥和外加剂为原料烧制陶粒的最佳配合比和最优焙烧条件,探讨了垃圾焚烧飞灰高强陶粒的重金属浸出试验.结果表明:配合比为垃圾焚烧飞灰70%,玻璃粉10%,盐渍土8%,污泥6%,外加剂6%,经1140℃焙烧15 rain制备的垃圾焚烧飞灰高强陶粒性能最佳,陶粒重金属浸出试验结果表明垃圾焚烧飞灰陶粒能有效地固化垃圾焚烧飞灰中各类重金属,其浸出浓度均满足GB/T 5085.3--2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》的要求,具有环境安全性.
