颗粒细度对轻烧MgO膨胀剂性能的影响

Abstract
以轻烧MgO膨胀剂为研究对象,考察不同细度和粒径尺寸对轻烧MgO水化活性和膨胀性能的影响规律.结果表明:以80 μm方孔筛筛余作为轻烧MgO膨胀剂细度控制指标,筛余在10%以内时,筛余变化对轻烧MgO膨胀剂的水化活性和膨胀性能影响较小;以80 μm、45 μm和30 μm方孔筛分级筛分时发现,轻烧MgO膨胀剂粒径尺寸在80 μm以内变化时,对其膨胀性能的影响也不显著.由此表明,现有技术标准DI/T5296-2013中对轻烧MgO膨胀剂的细度规定是合理可行的.
