聚丙烯纤维改善透水混凝土抗拉性能机理研究

Abstract
采用体积掺量分别为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%的聚丙烯束状纤维和0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的聚丙烯塑钢纤维制备的透水混凝土,以孔隙率、透水系数、抗拉强度和临界体积率为评价指标,结合扫描电镜(SEM)法,探究了聚丙烯纤维类型对透水混凝土抗拉性能的改善作用.结果 表明,透水混凝土的孔隙率和透水系数随纤维掺量的增加而减小;当聚丙烯柬状纤维掺量超过0.3%时,纤维极易发生缠绕和成团现象,而三种掺量下的聚丙烯塑钢纤维仍能较好地分散于骨料间;聚丙烯塑钢纤维对透水混凝土抗拉强度的提升效果优于聚丙烯束状纤维.
