硅烷偶联剂改性玻璃棉板防水耐碱性的技术研究

Abstract
采用硅烷偶联剂对玻璃棉板进行浸润处理,从而提高玻璃棉的防水耐碱性,对硅烷偶联剂浸润处理后的玻璃棉进行测试,并且通过对比试验的方式,考察硅烷偶联剂浸润处理对玻璃棉的关键性能指标的影响.测试结果表明:硅烷偶联剂能够增强玻璃棉的防水和耐碱性能;硅烷偶联剂添加量控制3％以下时对玻璃棉其他性能不会造成损害,并且可以提高玻璃棉的力学强度.
