以带三角形、矩形、梯形、半圆形壁面粗糙元的矩形微通道为研究对象,通过数值模拟研究分析了粗糙元段压降、努塞尔数以及热源器件接触面上的温度.结果表明,三角形粗糙元间距为0.3mm的矩形微通道内的散热性能较好,与光滑矩形微通道相比,热源器件接触面上的温度可以降低10.41％.
