近年来,由于土地价格升高、旧房改造经济实用和人们对房屋使用价值的重视,旧房改造在房屋建设中的地位越来越重.本文通过对一幢3层砖混居民楼的承重墙拆除改造工程中所采用的钢结构——砖砌体组合钢梁进行分析,说明采用此方法具有经济、合理、安全的优点.
