Abstract
医疗建筑是民用建筑中最复杂的建筑,具有专业性强、技术高、使用功能复杂等特点.它从设计初始就承担着社会责任,因此新建、改扩建医疗建筑必须严格执行国家建设基本程序,遵循国家法律法规.本文对我国公立医院新建、改扩建医疗建筑的社会责任进行了研究,以期为医疗建筑的新建、改扩建提供一定的借鉴作用.
