Abstract
两河口水电站地处藏民族聚居地,为特大型工程,工程量巨大、大坝填筑料源多且分散、施工强度高、场内交通错综复杂且运输量大,施工条件差.可行性研究阶段的施工组织设计主要在大坝心墙防渗土料、混凝土骨料、施工导流、场内交通仿真分析、大坝施工规划、施工总布置规划等方面进行了大量深入的研究工作,研究成果较好地解决了施工组织设计中的难题.
