岫岩水文站控制流域年均降水量灾变预测

Abstract
采用岫岩水文站以上控制流域1956-2014年共59年长系列降水量观测资料,运用灰色模型理论对年均降水量大于1000mm的年份进行灾变预测分析,并根据后验差比C和小误差概率P对模型进行诊断.结果表明:C值为0.302 9,P值为1.000 0,模型精度很好,满足工作需要,预测结果对防汛抢险、水资源管理及工农业的安全生产具有积极的、重要的现实意义.
