Abstract
Magnetic?amide graphene ( Fe3 O4?NH2?G ) was prepared from graphite powder by a modified Hummers method. The surface topography and chemical structure of synthesized Fe3 O4?NH2?G were examined using SEM and FITR techniques. The influencing parameters of sample preparation process, such as eluent and leacheate, extraction time, desorption time, ionic strength, pH of sample solution, amount of adsorbent were systematically optimized prior to high performance liquid chromatography detection. The optimized experimental parameters are: eluent 1% acetic acid acetonitrile solution, leacheate 50% methanol?water solution, eluting and leaching time 20 min, solution pH 7, no added NaCl. The maximum adsorption capacity of bifenthrin on the modified graphene was 136 mg·g-1 at 293 K. Low detection limit ( 1. 7 ng·mL-1 ) and good linear range ( 0?005—10 μg·mL-1 ) were obtained under the optimized conditions. The results indicate that Fe3 O4?NH2?G can be effectively used to extract trace bifenthrin from solution.
