牡蛎壳改性聚丙烯的研究

Abstract
针对聚丙烯(PP)冲击韧性和热稳定性差的缺点,文章采用表面改性牡蛎壳粉填充聚丙烯.实验发现庚二酸改性后的牡蛎壳粉(OSP2)对聚丙烯的改性效果最好,当OSP2的质量分数为8%时,PP的冲击强度由3.56kJ/m2提高到了7.19 kJ/m2,提高了102%;热变形温度由70.4℃提高到了80.7℃,同时PP的结晶温度、速度和结晶度都有显著提高.聚丙烯的热稳定性和冲击韧性均得到了明显提高.
