响应面方法优化硅藻土处理甲萘酚废水

Abstract
有机化工废水的治理一直是环保领域的热点和难点问题.在对水处理技术分析总结基础上,该研究以常州市某化工厂甲萘酚废水为研究对象.采用响应面方法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)对硅藻土处理甲萘酚废水工艺过程进行优化,考察了变量硅藻土用量、pH和温度对甲萘酚废水处理效果的影响.结果表明:最佳工艺条件为硅藻土用量为0.5 g,pH为1,温度为45℃.COD去除率的预测值为79.5%,与实测值78.2%接近.说明建立的模型能真实反映各主要因素的影响,模型与实际情况吻合.
