现有的污泥干燥工业装置中,干燥尾气多采用除尘后直接排放或焚烧的方法,其缺点是热量损失严重,易对环境造成二次污染.以桨叶干燥机和圆盘干燥机为关键设备,开发了一种尾气自惰式循环的污泥干燥工艺,并通过试验验证了该工艺的可行性、实用性及节能性.
