炭微促进Fe0/K2S2O8处理乙二胺四乙酸-Ni废水

Abstract
向Fe0/KS2O8氧化体系中投加少量的活性炭(AC),以提高Fe0/K2S2O8对EDTA-Ni废水的处理效果.通过单因素批次实验来探究Fc0、K2S2O8、AC投加量对AC强化作用的影响及其动力学作用.结果 表明,AC的加入对Fe0/K2S2O8处理EDTA-Ni废水Ni2+去除率的提高具有轻微的促进作用(微促进),当ρ(EDTA-Ni)=25 mg/L、ρ(Fe0=2 g/L、ρ(K2S2O8)=0.5 g/L、ρ(Fe0)∶ρ(AC)=100:1时,Ni2+去除率可由98.3%提升至99.73%,剩余Ni2+的质量浓度由0.43 mg/L降低至0.068 mg/L,低于0.1 mg/L,达到GB 21900-2008表3标准.AC的加入有利于提高Fe0/KS2O8对EDTA-Ni废水的处理效果,但对于Fe0、K2S2O8投加量及ρ(Fe0);ρ(AC)要求严格,投加过量对Ni2+的去除易产生抑制作用.
