煤制烯烃过程VOCs排放特征及环境效应研究

Abstract
利用苏玛罐采样和GC-MSD/FID分析方法,进行了煤制烯烃过程涉VOCs点位排放特征研究,结果显示,各点位VOC排放速率由高到低依次为低温甲醇洗、煤磨、聚丙烯造粒、MTO废水储罐、硫回收、甲醇储罐和废碱液池;相应各点位占比最高组分依次为醛酮类(60.9%),醇类(76.9%),烯炔烃(69.5%),烷烃(52.3%),醇类(97.3%),烯炔烃(50.3%),醇类(45.8%);各点位中对O3生成贡献最大的环节为低温甲醇洗(60.4%);对二次有机气溶胶生成贡献最大的环节为聚丙烯造粒(38.8%).
