印染废水膜浓缩液微电解处理工艺研究

Abstract
采用微电解工艺处理印染废水生化出水膜浓缩液,考察了微电解填料、pH、固液体积比、曝气量和反应时间对COD去除率的影响.结果表明,采用自制的T-20多元微电解填料,当进水pH为4.0,固液体积比为1:6,曝气量为1.2 L/min,反应时间为60 min时,COD去除率可达80.38%.T-20微电解填料具有多元微电解体系结构,内部孔隙发达,相比于二元微电解填料,能加速微电解反应电子传递速度,促进膜浓缩液中有机物的降解.
