连续流悬浮载体CANON系统运行与微生物特性

Abstract
采用悬浮载体生物膜反应器对连续流CANON系统进行了研究.结果表明,在进水NH4+-N为320~380 mg/L、温度为(32±1)℃的情况下,控制HRT为48 h、DO为1.0~1.5 mg/L时系统对NO2--N积累率>90%,在达到稳定亚硝化状态又运行164 d后,反应器逐渐转变为CANON系统.16S rDNA宏基因组高通量测序显示,Proteobacteria和Planctomycetes是填料生物膜的主要脱氮菌群,系统未检测出NOB菌属.
