Abstract
利用中温(35±1)℃两相厌氧消化工艺处理剩余污泥,产甲烷相采用改进的厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR),研究了产甲烷相中固液分离对污泥厌氧消化过程的影响. ASBR运行分为启动阶段、固液分离Ⅰ阶段和固液分离Ⅱ阶段.结果表明:ASBR清水区出水SS维持在400~600 mg/L,实现了固液分离;3个阶段的系统VS去除率分别为38.98%、44.02%和47.92%,单位VS产CH4率分别为162、179、192 mL/g.产甲烷相的固液分离提高了污泥厌氧系统的VS降解率和产气性能.
