Abstract
分析了溢油监测技术研究及应用现状,提出了研究输油管道溢油监测技术.利用紫外反射原理,研发了基于LED紫外光源的溢油监测预警设备,并对光源、油品种类、油膜厚度、监测高度和水流速度等因素进行了测试,获取了基于LED紫外光源的溢油监测预警设备性能参数,为进一步开展现场示范应用、提高管道溢油风险预警能力奠定基础.
