针对当前危化品事故频发的现状,梳理了国家的监管体制、机制,分析了行业安全管理存在的问题.针对企业安全管理和政府监管开展了业务提升研究,提出了企业标准化达标整体解决方案,通过建立危化品安全生产云服务平台,明确了政府监管功能和重点,提升监管效率.
