针对海洋石油162平台桩腿齿条目前处于人工抹油的现状,展开自动润滑装置设计研究,通过确认润滑点数量,计算出每条桩腿的润滑脂消耗量,合理选择润滑方式和重要零部件,最终确认润滑设计方案.通过自动润滑系统设计研究,可提高设备自动化水平,提高齿条使用寿命.
