Abstract
生化需氧量作为水体污染程度重要的有机污染指标,目前已被国内外各种水质评价方法采用.通过工作经验,反复研究,已能有效取得较理想的数值.在优化的分析条件下,不同增菌接种液的测定结果在地表水中的百分偏差为7.7％ ～14.3％,测定结果在污水中的百分偏差为2.7％ ～10.0％,这2种增菌接种液均适合环境水样中生化需氧量的测定.
