对生活垃圾的组成特征、可燃性进行分析;通过重新分类和资源化利用价值挖掘,提出了生活垃圾资源化处理思路.建议政府出台政策对生活垃圾进行严格分类,为其资源化利用提供前提条件;进而统筹规划进行垃圾堆肥、焚烧、分选回用处理,最终无法资源化利用的物料再进行卫生填埋,从而实现生活垃圾处理的资源化、减量化和无害化处理.
