Abstract
砷(As)是自然界普遍存在的有毒类金属元素,在环境中的迁移富集行为、生物效应、毒性同其赋存形态及生物有效性密切相关,调控其生物有效性对As污染治理具有重要意义,也逐渐成为环境学科研究的热点之一.本文对土壤As生物有效性测定方法、分布特征及调控措施做了系统的总结和评述,并对调控土壤As生物有效性存在的问题及未来土壤As污染修复方向进行展望.
