Abstract
根据某型航空发动机减重设计需求,考虑到TiB2颗粒增强铝基复合材料轻质、高强的特点及某型航空发动机低压压气机静子叶片结构特征,开展了基于颗粒增强铝基复合材料的低压压气机静子叶片试验件的高周疲劳性能试验工作.试验结果表明:叶片试验件在3×107次循环下的高循环疲劳强度为246.30MPa,基本能够满足某型航空发动机静子叶片类零件的高循环疲劳设计要求.
