柔性帘线/橡胶复合材料缓冲器(简称缓冲器)为发射平台的载荷传递和缓冲装置.在贮存过程中,由于橡胶材料的老化,其承受气压载荷的承载和大变形能力会逐渐下降.通过对橡胶开展热空气加速老化试验,研究了其老化机理,针对温度对寿命的影响规律进行分析,提出缓冲器的寿命预示方法,为特定贮存环境下的寿命预示和产品应用提供支撑.
