基于上海轨道交通10号线的实践经验,从全自动运行系统的特点出发,分析了全自动运行系统对岗位设置的要求;分析了全自动运行系统下对运营控制中心、车站、列车、停车场四个场所的要求;对控制中心调度员、车站工作人员、列车司机、停车场司机等岗位进行了岗位设置优化,分析了优化方案的优势及适用情况.
