Abstract
截至2013年,在日本,平均有47％的回收沥青路面材料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,简称RAP)重新回到了沥青路面中.虽然从2007年起,美国的道路行业就开始齐心协力提高RAP在沥青路面中的循环利用率——这既是为了应对新材料的成本日益增加带来的压力,也是对可持续、环境友好的做法的渴求使然,但是在美国,这个比例只有20％,和日本比起来实在是相形见绌.
